At the run bike school your child will learn balance and master motor skills.

A run bike is a child two-wheel bicycle without pedals also called balance bike or no pedal bike. This is a safe way to teach a child to manoeuvre, balance, turn, brake, choose a riding line and pace.

Children are not afraid to lift up their legs when on a run bike because they can put them down at any moment.

The design of a run bike ensures the distribution of physical load during riding thanks to the alternation of physical activity.

helps increase stamina and endurance. Riding a run bike has the following benefits for children:

  • helps develop the vestibular system;
  • helps develop coordination;
  • helps lower reaction times;
  • helps develop the musculoskeletal system;

The course is suitable for children aged between 1.5 and 5. This is a group course. The duration of a class is 1 hour.
